how refunds and returns are handled.
Return Eligibility: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unopened, unused,
and in original packaging. Perishable or personalized products cannot be returned.
Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and
reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be
processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, discounted products, and trial samples are non-
refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48
hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund your purchase as necessary.
